+## Why... this?
+
+This is the wasteland that used to be [my website](https://aanes.xyz). Look
+upon it and pity me, for I have not embrazed that most holy of website
+holiness: Squarespace.
+
+Anyway, hosting a website and making **CONTENT** is a lot of work, and I don't
+really care for it. The idea of sitting down to write a blog post for expose or
+something, feels soulless, like The Hustle(tm) has taken over your brain and is
+puppeting your fingers to write stuff like "How Bracketizer improved my
+efficiency by 5% and saved my company", or "Why my game BumbleFucker9000 uses
+godot".
